Join us, and special guest speaker Dr Jana Pittman, on the 13th of September 2024 at our annual sports-themed fundraising event.
On Friday 13 September we will celebrate some of our newest stars - and sporting superstar Jana Pittman - at the 2024 Lunch for the Stars at Noah's on the Beach, Newcastle.
With your support we are aiming to raise $30,000 at the lunch this year which will go directly to our Grow a Star program, an innovative, youth mentoring and scholarship program that helps young people from disadvantaged backgrounds overcome the financial or generational obstacles that are preventing them from following their dreams.
Our previous lunches - with guest speakers Craig Johnston, Steven Bradbury, Danny Buderus & Sam Poolman - were warmly received and patronised by the Newcastle community.
Jana Pittman is an extraordinary woman, overcoming significant challenges throughout her life, to achieve her long held dreams and goals. This is something that is heavily aligned with the Grow a Star ethos.
Our thanks to the following sponsors who have already committed their support for the 2024 Lunch for the Stars:
